Marketing Homes with Night Photos

 

 

Clients often want night shots of their homes.  Here are three examples of homes we sold in 2008 that showed well with a dusk/night photo.

    The night photos look great. I’ve noticed in some of your marketing that some photos look like they are taken from a bird’s eye view or from a higher elevation. How do you do that?

    Thanks for the compliment. Marketing homes in San Carlos is my specialty and I take great pride in presenting them in the best possible way. The higher elevation shots are taken with a camera attached to a 50′ telescoping pole. We continually raise the camera until we have the perfect height that shows the home at its best. Some properties don’t photograph well from street level so we adapt the marketing look to maximize the appeal.
