Backyard pool in small spaces
Sometimes clients ask if a backyard pool in a small space is a reasonable investment.
If you are planning to stay in your home and enjoy the space…it’s a fabulous investment. I wouldn’t put a pool in just for re-sale, but that might be a conclusion of the obvious.. Buyers love pools. Some with small children might exclude them in their home search but you can only sell your home to one person and the number of buyers looking at your home will not be diminished dramatically with a backyard pool playground.
